There is a discussion going on amongst so of my FB pals about your "RIGHT" not to get the Corona Virus Vaccine.
According to the US Constitution, the right not to get the Corona Virus Vaccine is NOT ONE OF THOSE RIGHTS"

Freedom of speech, press, and religion: First Amendment
Right to bear arms: Second Amendment
Right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures: Fourth Amendment
Right against self-incrimination and double jeopardy: Fifth Amendment
Due process: Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments
Right against taking without just compensation: Fifth Amendment
Right to a speedy and public trial: Sixth Amendment
Right to counsel: Sixth Amendment (also read into the Fifth-Amendment right against self-incrimination)
Prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment: Eighth Amendment
Slavery abolishment: Thirteenth Amendment
Equal protection: Fourteenth Amendment
Women’s right to vote: Nineteenth Amendment

First off, if you do not get the vaccine (for one of the many reasons you were told on Faux Noise, or you heard in the shithouse at the bar) YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT. To say you would defend someones "right" to NOT get the vaccine, you should consider the fact you are fucking up the lives of others by your choice not to. How so, you ask?

Here is my example: I am retired and love to cruise. The slow vaccination rates by morons and nitwits in the USA is delaying my return to the sea, in essence, my "pursuit of happiness" as outlined in the Declaration of Independence. You know:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Here is what I defend:

An employers right to fire your dumb ass for NOT getting vaccinated and putting the lives of the other employees and customers at risk. They are at risk since the vaccine is less than 100% effective.

My right to hope you die slowly from Covid19 for being an asshole.

But then, no one gives a big rats ass what I think.
